General terms of sale

This translation is provided for convenience. Only the French version of this page is legally binding.

1. Purpose

These general terms of sale govern the contractual relationship between Hydromag, hereinafter "the Seller", and its professional customers, hereinafter "the Customer". They apply to all sales of products and services made by the Seller to professionals.

2. Orders

The Customer may place an order by contacting the Seller through the company website, by phone or by email. Any request for information or order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms. The Seller reserves the right to accept or refuse any order.

Once the order is placed, the Seller undertakes to provide the Customer with all necessary information about the products or services ordered, as well as the payment and delivery terms.

3. Prices

Prices of products and services are stated in euros excluding VAT. Delivery costs are extra and will be specified when the order is placed. The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the prices in force when the order is confirmed.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full when the order is placed, unless otherwise agreed between the parties. Accepted payment methods are bank transfer, cheque, or bank card at the sales counter.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on product availability. The Seller undertakes to inform the Customer of any delivery delay. Transport risks pass to the Customer once the products are handed over to the carrier.

6. Warranty

Products sold benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by law. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from abnormal use or negligence by the Customer.

7. Liability

The Seller cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage caused by the use of the products sold.

8. Disputes

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these terms is subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable settlement. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.

9. Changes to these terms

The Seller reserves the right to change these terms at any time. The new terms will apply only to sales made after they come into force.
